Mission & Approach to Learning

Our mission at Parkway Northwest High School for Peace and Social Justice is to prepare students to face a complex world with the skills necessary to institute positive change locally and globally. Our school offers a rigorous college preparatory program designed to promote peace and social justice through the use of critical thinking, problem solving, cooperative learning and research. We believe that peace doesn’t just “happen”—the fight for justice leads to communities at peace.
